You'll sleep like a baby.
I had TMJ pain, this was the only thing that relieved my pain. I will warn you, I took 2 and within 20 minutes, I was out cold. So use caution. But They work great.

Equate: Extra Strength Pain Reliever Pm, 20 ct
I am familiar with the pm products. I feel it did a good job as far as Tylenol goes. I suffer from fibromyalgia and different disorders so it did good. I would recommend it.

Should have checked expiration date. Should have been removed from shelf, expires in a few weeks. Pharmacy need to remove when date is so close. NO way to use such a large amount in so short a time Wasted my money. Moral of story, check ALL expiration dates before you purchase.
