Few OTC medicines actually resolve an issue directly, outside of the old school group (Bismal, The Sodiums, Cyllins, etc. This is one of them. It is packaged in a very convenient format, with the only issue of being extremely small. That is a positive if you have problems taking medicine orally. About 1/4 the size of a pea, this product works within 15 minutes and has very little bad effects. It does, however, work perfectly, and you will definitely feel and appreciate its comforting effects, especially if the alternative is dealing with a stuck bubble. Don't expect immediate results since they have to get past the stomach, and into the intestines to dissolve and work on merging the bubbles. I eat too much artificially sweetened food, and the sweeteners cause intestinal bloat that this helps to expel.

Just your basic soft gel, but it's only a fraction of the price of name brands and works the same. I typically buy the chewables, but this is even a better value and it astound me how many adult adults really don't understand this product and how quickly it can provide relief AND don't understand the difference between simethicone versus antacids. I am never without a simethicone product in my house because of what it can do for gas pain within minutes

These work fast. When you need relief, you need it now, and these actually do the job. Helped with bloating and discomfort pretty quickly. Easy to take and no weird aftertaste. Great to keep on hand for those “why did I eat that” moments. Reliable and worth it.

They are fast acting, and if gas is a issue it clears it up fast and settles things down so you can be comfortable. Over the past 3 months, I have been suffering bouts of gas. And have been totally unable to determine the exact cause. Periodically the nurses here have given me a couple of chewable tablets in attempts to combat this condition. So, rather than relying on the nurses when these attacks come on. Soft gels of everything always work best in my opnion. I got this for hubby because he passes gas alot and this works the best in my opnion better than even name brand. i only found a natural minty flavored chews that worked better but they discontinued so this is my new go to.

I have tried simethicone a number of times and all it does is make my stomach feel strange and unsettled- that would be OK, but it does nothing to break up gas. I have tried mild doses. I have tried strong doses. I hope it works better for other people, but it certainly does not work for me- so if you haven't tried it and want to -buy generic so you don't spend a lot.

I have used this product for years but this time when I opened the bottle it had a very strong fishy smell. I have never had that happen before. The expiration date was October 2028. I read that smell could be caused by an old expired product. I'll never buy this brand again. I threw them away.
