I got this a substituted item for the fast relief tablets and decided to try it mainly out of necessity. It does work well, so if that's all you care about then I would buy it. However, it does have peppermint oil in it and every time you burp (and you probably will) you will have a very strong peppermint taste. No issues with the product but shipping delivery is awful. I have complained numerous times about them leaving my packages at the open gate up by the road. It's a half mile from my house and I'm disabled. I can't walk that far. I even have instructions to bring them up to my house and they ignore the instructions.

I have tried simethicone a number of times and all it does is make my stomach feel strange and unsettled- that would be OK, but it does nothing to break up gas. I have tried mild doses.
