I have arthritis so bad, sleeping was almost impossible. Doctor prescribed a muscle relaxer that was only good for a few hours. My sister suggested I try these and so glad I did. Finally got a good night sleep. Even woke up with less pain for about an hour. Now using Equate version of arthritis strength Tylenol in daytime. No side effects thus far.

I usually only buy these when my regular brand isn't available, but they work the same. These caplets help take the edge off headaches and mild migraines, and the PM formula helps some people (not me) relax enough to actually get some rest instead of tossing and turning in pain. Getting good sleep when you're hurting makes a big difference, and these help with that. I'm not a huge fan of the pill size because they can be a little difficult to swallow sometimes, especially when you're already not feeling well. That said, the effectiveness makes up for it. They work very similar to the more expensive name brand versions, but at a much more affordable price. Overall, this is a solid budget-friendly option if you need nighttime pain relief. Fluttering products such as medicine over the counter is always at reasonable rate and if they have to replace it with something else so be comparable to it

works well. helps me sleep better and helps with my neuropathy pain.

Not what I wanted declined substantially

When I have pain at night these are my "go to" pills. They are effective and help me sleep soundly.

I bought this because it said PM , it did work as acetaminophen, however for3 it didn't work for the PM part. I will just stick to the Equate Extra Strength Acetaminophen.
