my disabled daughter will drink nothing but chocolate milk but was starting to have diarrhea a lot so I figured I would try these to see if she was possibly lactose intolerant and they helped someone which was a really so now I've purchased the One a Day pills for her

Its a bit disappointing how few are in a container but they work great and are so much easier to take then the standard massive chalky pills. (They also have a higher dose per gel cap so you can take fewer.) Definitely my new favorite lactase enzyme variety.

I tried a lactase supplement in the past, but it help with my symptoms. I'm a lark, I bought the Equate version before a fundraising event that relies heavily on a meal full of dairy. It didn't completely eliminate my symptoms, but it helped a great deal. Dairy usually caused a severe headache, like a migraine. After taking the softgel, I had only a minor headache, but it might have been from allergies or the temperature. I will definitely buy this product again!

This is a reliable product. It really works. I have a problem with most dairy products, especially ice cream, my favorite. However, with Dairy Relief, I can relax and enjoy ice cream with no problem.

They don't work as effectively as the CVS ones but they're still a great option and better than regular lactaid.

there ised to be the fast acting dairy suppliments, then the regular and gas pills in that area. now theres this new one, which was in the spot of the regular dairy suppliments that had about 60-80 count in it. the new one had 12 pills.. 12!!! you know how sad i was that i paid $9 for 12 PILLS?!?!!
