Equate Fiber Supplement Assorted Fruit Flavors Chewable Tablets, 90 Count

I've used the expensive brand for years but the price kept going up so I quit buying it. I'm so glad I came across this Equate brand. They are a little chalkier but I actually like that they are easier to chew. The flavor it great, especially the green apple. It gives me 4 grams of fiber to add to my food tracker diary, myfitnesspal, when I need to add a little extra fiber. The flavored included are strawberry, grape and green apple. The only problem I have is I want to eat more than two since they taste so good!

The Equate Sugar Free Fiber Supplement is a truly superior replacement for the brand name (Fiber Choice) that I used for years....until the brand name added prebiotic to all their fiber products. I cannot tolerate the prebiotic and was thrilled to find Walmart's Fiber without the added stuff. Just because prebiotic is supposed to be "good for you" doesn't mean evryone wants to add it to their diet. Walmart's brand is equal in every way to the brand I formerly used. I am thrilled with it.

These fiber supplement chewable tablets contain as much fiber at the gummies but are more flexible. If you need more than two a day, you can take up to six without exceeding the recommended dosage. Plus they taste good.

I have found the Fiber Supplement to work much more effectively than the ones that are mixed with water.

good flavors, seems to serve its purpose. not at all chalky. does not get gooey in my mouth and try to stick together like some brands.

These taste soooo good. I especially like that they don't leave an unpleasant aftertaste. They work really well-I noticed a difference almost immediately-for IBS. I chew 2 each day.

I have subborn movements so these dont work like the more expensive fiber supplements. However, I would still recommend others to buy. They are chewable, dissolve fast and easy, and taste really good with a few different flavors. I like having the fiber in my system bc its good in general but I will add in my all natural colon cleanse that I purchase from another site that works really well. Just as an addition to the fiber supplement.

I always buy this instead of the name brands because it's a much better value and works just as well. I like the taste of the different flavors also.
