Equate Gluten-Free Caffeine Headache Relief Tablets for Sleep Support with 80 Tablets, 200mg Compare to Vivrin ®

Up until very recently, these were my go to caffeine pills. They are awesome. Consistent strength gives very well known and expected results if you know your tolerance levels. As for an inexpensive caffeine pill, the quality is unbeatable. However, there has been a shift in the price structures on inexpensive caffeine pills lately. Although I can buy cheaper pills at the same strength, I do not feel they are as consistent and reliable in that strength. So, it becomes a matter of cost versus trust and reliability. On the cheap side... These are definitely the winner on trust and reliability.

I bought these during a time when I wasn't getting much sleep not knowing the outcome. It says that one pill is equivalent to a cup of coffee, even tho I'm not a coffee drinker. I took an aspirin with it because I didn't want the caffeine to give me a jolt to the brain of a headache. Needless to say, they worked perfect and no jitters or nervousness with them at all. I recommend these to those who need a little pick me up for a couple hours.

This caffeine works, where as some of the name brands do not work. I understand that this has an ingredient that theothers don't have. My husband has had to have caffeine (and he does not drink coffee or tea) and most other brands do not work at all. Someone told him about Equate and sure enough, it works great.

These caffeine pills are cheaper, faster, and easier than coffee, tea, or caffeinated soda in the morning to start the day. Been taking one each morning for the last 16 years with no side effects at all. On an empty stomach, I eat at least a few saltine crackers or something to avoid an acId stomach.

As a small business owner, I sometimes have long days where I need a little extra push to get through. There are times when I just don't want more coffee, and this is what I reach for instead. It works about the same as having a couple cups of coffee and helps me stay alert and focused when I'm feeling sluggish. I wouldn't rely on it all the time, but for occasional use when you need a boost, it does the job well.

I use this product because I don't like or drink coffee and I need help with jump starting my energy levels in the morning. This product was recommended to me by my Dr because it is better for my health and heart versus energy drinks or soda.

I don't care for coffee too much so when I found this and started taking it, it works just like coffee it keeps you alert and awake especially during my work hours I can accomplish everything that I need in my eight hour shift

this review is for: Equate Stay Awake Caffeine 200mg Tablets for Increased Energy and Mental Focus, 80 Count, Compare to Vivrin® I like coffee, but too much coffee gives me GI side effects. One cup of coffee has 80 to 120 mg of caffeine. Later in the day when I need a boost from caffeine, I use a half a tablet of the Equate Stay Awake product and it provides it. A half of a tablet is near the amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee. Too much caffeine can cause other side effects. It is best to use only smaller amounts.

I took one 2 days ago, wasn't expecting much out of it TBH it's 20mg stronger than a can of monster. It made my arms feel cold, heavy and covered in Ants and there were wasps in my brain. It's 2 days later and I feel like a zombie half awake, half asleep and working on instinct rather than thought. I feel like I've been running double shifts for a whole week straight I slept through yesterday and about to sleep through today this is the single worst crash from a caffeine product I've ever felt. my arms are still heavy and my brain is foggy. TL:DR just stick or coffee or anything else that isn't this

These are by far the most effective in terms of caffeine, BUT these are also by far the worst things I have ever tasted. They're hard to swallow by itself and dissolving it only helps it go down as quick as possible. Still will usually prefer these though as energy drinks sometimes upset my stomach and I forget to finish them.
