These are the best ones out there. They're actually the most durable, comfortable %26 best priced ones you can find! They come with a tray that you put the mouthpiece in for boiling, put in a small pot of boiling water you remove let cool slightly %26 fit perfectly to your teeth! They are strong %26 last a long time! I am a terrible tooth grinder, others aren't thick enough %26 barely last me 6 mths! Brush daily with tooth paste %26 place in a small ziplock bag with peroxide between use! They never get stinky or turn "yellow"! I only buy this brand.
Its thicker then others but it stays in place better bc its thicker. my dentist even approved of it! Wonderful inexpensive way to stop clenching. Excellent for TMJ. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very easy to form to your teeth. We buy this every few months and make a new mouth guard so we don't grind our teeth at night. 4 1/2 stars rounded up to 5. The half star is the size is "one size" and doesn't completely fit all mouth sizes, especially if you have a large mouth with all your back teeth. It works for the price, though.
This Mouth guard has been the only one that is affordable, comfortable and it has two included.its easy to use and shape since it include a molding tool. Tried SleepRight's mouthguard which is more expensive but it was in no way as good as this one. I would recommend.
At first when I bought this I was unhappy with the product as I thought the product would be more durable and was hoping it would have a harder plastic finish similar to a more customized night guard . I've purchased the at home boil, mold, and fit ones millions of times and I always hated them. Anyway, after using the product more they did grow on me. I was upset at first as I had anticipated or expected something different. However now I really do like these as an affordable alternative to custom made nightgaurd, a custom made one is still more durable so it doesn't compare nearly to a custom lab made one but these are decent and way better than the boil and fit at home nightgaurds used in the past . The product come with a guide and tray to ensure the bottom of the gaurd stays flat and durable. I really liek that about this product. As past ones were so squishy and bulky that I felt it made the biting and grinding worse . Additionally you get 2 for the price of one of the name brand (I have not tried the comparable name brand option) but I did end up purchasing this item again. Not due to it going bad either due to me loosing them . That said I think this is an outstanding quality alternative that may be comparable or better than the name brand especially for the price. Overall, though I really appreciate the ease of use, the quality is very good I really like these and would highly recommend others to consider this product! I still think a lab made custom night guard is better but these are definitely a good buy if you're on a tight budget and can't put out for the custom gaurd at this time and would highly recommend this item!
It works well. I lost the dental guard my dentist made for me and needed something to use until I could get a replacement from my dentist. It works well enough that I just keep using this one. I like that it is reasonably priced, since I do loose a dental guard from time to time., so I can afford to keep a few spares in my medicine cabinet and travel bag.
These are great for my nighttime grinding of my teeth. It bothers me every night, but with these, they seem to help. They fit well, they were quite easy to conform to the shape of my teeth, and they should last a long while since they are made from higher quality materials. I like that they came in a two-pack, which makes it more bang for your buck, which is always nice.
This is a decent temporary relief without paying the professional prices. It's a good thing it comes with two per pack. I am a habitual teeth grinder and clench all night, every night. I replace my guard approximately every 3 weeks as it begins to flake off.
Save yourself some money and buy the $3 sports mouth guard! They both had basically the same directions - boil water, dip 10 - 20 seconds, cool water five seconds, BITE DOWN HARD! Returned this $20 one w/o opening, bought two of the $3 sports mouthguards instead. No difference at all.
I ordered this as an attempt to find an alternate option than getting a custom one from my dentist. They are just so expensive. But I see why. I hoped this DIY mouth piece would offer some sort of solution. I by no means expected it to rival the ones from your dentist but this is truly just an overpriced sports mouth guard. It’s so tiny. Really wouldn’t fit the average adult mouth. It only covered half of my teeth. Leaving the last 3-4 totally exposed. And those are the ones I need to have the guard for. So for me it was totally useless. It’s also very thin so it will wobble around your mouth. You have to be biting on it for it to stay (almost defeating the purpose) I slept w it for two nights but was too paranoid to try again. I was afraid of chocking on it in the middle of the night. I just returned the kit. I don’t think they’re is a cheap good mouth guard. So I’m sure it’s not just this brand / product.
