Equate Grooming Essentials Kit for Nail Care, 5 Pieces

These are great little kits that I purchased for my family. I started purchasing them this year to donate to the homeless. It's cheaper than purchasing low quality items from Temu or Shein and trying to put together kits myself that I probably wouldn't want. The price has increased over the years, but it's still a good deal.

Great if you need these in a punch (hurry). Nail file is too small but like I said, it's great if you need these in a hurry or something. Um, not much else to say but the kit is pretty cool! and you can't beat the price! Quality is pretty good . Not great, just good and cuts your nails, hahaha. Gets the job done.

In the middle of moving, where absolutely everything is boxed up I needed to trim my toenails! This little kit was a great value and came with some extras that can go into a purse or carry on (don't know about the clippers) without taking up any space.

Not super high quality but the price is right! I keep losing my clippers when I travel and needed a cheap one. It's not nearly as nice as my good one at home, but for traveling it's just fine.

5 pieces for $1.24? This is a must buy. The pieces are all well made with the exception of the cuticle stick and emery board. My only gripe is that it’s very difficult to remove products from the packaging.

This kit is an amazing value for the money! I've bought these kits for years. It has everything you need to take care of your fingernails, and toenails in terms of basic nail care. I'll keep buying these.

The price was amazing but I had to buy it separately and have it shipped in order to get the price stated when I searched for it. I've noticed this quite a bit lately. When I'm looking for something I see one price but when I add it to my shopping cart the price increases. I understand when it's a 3rd party seller but this was an Equate product and the price more than doubled. So I clicked the Buy Now button and got it for the price I originally saw.

I was overdue for an update and couldn't resist the price of this it seemed like a great value. Equate products usually don't disappoint. It was hard to open which might be difficult if you're traveling but aids in ensuring they meet sanitary standards which is always good when something is delivered. The small clippers have a little metal file in them but are otherwise useless unless maybe for children. The large clippers click and lock in-between each cut but leave a smooth rounded cut without any jagged edges. The tweezers are too smooth to grip but I pulled the edge through the gritty nail file included 5x to rough up the edge and now they work fine. I don't push my cuticles but theirs a toothpick included. It could be dangerous it's kind of sharp. It will work in pinch but I wouldn't recommend it as your main kit.

I was glad to get the full-sized clippers! The difficulty was getting into the package to get the items out. Access to open the package needs to be improved.

'Never' in my 57 years of age have I come across nail clippers that can't clip nails. Being only $2, and not worth driving back to the store, I just threw it in the trash.
