Equate, High Performance Lubricant Eye Drops, 0.5 fl. oz., Twin Pack

Extremely soothing to dry, gritty eyes. My eyes become very irritated with heat on in winter. Already I've seen that these drops are the most effective I've used. It's a laugh that they're much less costly than an inferior product I had used in the past.

Asked my opthamologist if he would approve my substituting for the name brand, much more expensive one I was using, he did, I'm happy and he is also. Several friends and family with dry eye issues have switched and they are happy with quality and result also.

This works great but there is a similar one that doesn't say high performance and that is not as good

I shop at Walmart 2-3 times a week. But when it comes to checking out I despise having to go through the self checkout. I like Walmart prices and selection but if another chain came here with no self checkout I would probably change stores

Good lubricant but three beefs: (1) as others here note, hard to open (2) dispenses too much liquid (3) hole clogs up if not used regularly; need to push a pin through.

Love this product! My dry eyes are feeling much better. The problem is with the packaging, one of the bottles will not open.😖

I almost broke my hands trying to open this child-proof cap on the bottle . . . it literally took all my strength. I was about to bring it into the store for them to open it. When I recapped it, and went to open it again, it was again hard to open. I've used this product before and never had this problem. They must have changed the supplier of the bottles. The eye drops are fine, but I won't be purchasing this again even thought it's less price than Systane and the drops are the same ingredients. It is frustrating to be wrestling with a cap.

I've bought this twice. Not only is the bottle difficult to open but somehow, it clogs up after only 1-2 uses. So definitely not cheaper than Systane.

Zero stars if I could. Quality is meh at best. Big issue is they are literally impossible to open. Twist left/right, depress and twist left/right, they will not open. I had PRK in 2016 and have used probably 50 bottles of eye drops since then, but none as utter garbage as these. Do not buy.
