For children %26 adults: INSTANT and COMPLETE RELIEF!! This liquid gets down low enough into the intestine to break up the gas (unlike simethicone gel caps, which don't work). Shake well. Chug the whole bottle, add a little water to the bottle, shake, and drink that, then wash it down with about 8-12 oz of water. It gets down into the intestine right away and breaks up the gas fast!! (There will be lots of belching. And you may need to walk around for a minute or two before sitting or lying down.) Food intolerance reactions (similar to lactose intolerance) may also require an antihistamine. These are very reasonably priced versus the name brand and other generic brands of the same item. Just add the dosage to the baby bottle and instantly you can see the difference in a previously fussy baby! Definitely worth a try if you have a fussy baby after feedings and believe it is gas related.

Same thing as name brand at a fraction of the cost. Grandson likes the taste and it is easy to add in his bottle.

My daughter is 6 wks old and I notice her stomach would be hard and she would cry to pass gas so I looked on here for medicine and saw this. Went to the store and bought it and it seems to be working. When I give it to her regularly she doesn't cry as much and the price is good too.

I'm iffy about it. Not sure 100 % if it's helping that much. I bought the two packs and one was good and when finished notice the other bottle was expired 5 month before purchase date. They were the same product but different syringes. I guess they bulked it up and maybe hoped no one noticed or could've been a mistake but was not able to use enough to notice it help.

We were using the Little Remedies brand and decided to give this a try cause it's like half the price and omg…what a mistake. Our baby has reflux and gas and these drops made her reflux SO bad she was screaming from discomfort. Turns out there is a couple different ingredients in this Equate brand vs the Little Remedies, and I did not think to check that!! I thought it was the same thing just generic brand. So beware parents that have reflux babies!

Gave these to a family member because they didn't work for my baby, the Mylicon drops worked better for us.
