I have been using the Equate brand for a while now and simply love it. After a year of using the name brand I tried the Equate Omega-3 krill oil and found it to be just as good. It is 100% pure, in fact 3 times more pure than regular krill oil. It is 350mg, has no fishy after taste or odor just like the name brand. It also has phospholipids (130mg) for easy absorption, and it only has 5mg of cholesterol. The softgel pill is small and easy to swallow too. It is a 65 count bottle and you take one per day, so one bottle will last you over 2 months. If you want to save money and still get the same quality as the name brand then buy the Equate brand, you will be glad you did.

I take Omega 3 as a health supplement. Equate brand Omega-3 Krill Oil, seems to be a great, pure product. It's made with sustainable sea product which is important to me and good for the environment. The little red capsule is easy to swallow, the dose is one a day, and best of all, no fishy after taste, odor, or burps! This brand, Equate Omega-3 Krill Oil is 100% pure which gives me confidence taking it.

A lot cheaper than MegaRed and is as affective. Comes in different dosages and quantity per bottle.

What I love is that it goes down well. I can swallow and not gag with these pills! And I I'm not having to deal with fishy burps or smells after eating the pill. I was prepared to refrigerate the pill in case it did because I heard refrigeration would help it make it down enough to avoid the aftertaste. Have not had to so far! Thank goodness. If I had to refrigerate I would probably end up not taking them like another brand. These have caused no problems at all.

As advertised the 500 mg tablets are easy to swallow, each contain 500 mg and the included phospholipids make for easy absorption. They have no fishy aftertaste or odor. It's also advertised as 3x more pure than regular krill oil; rigorously regulated from the sea all the way to the shelf. They are also certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC). I notice no side effects but I have read that it is not recommended for those on blood thinning products such as Warfarin, as krill oil can also cause some blood thinning. I find this a very easy way to ingest 500 mg of krill oil on a daily basis to address any benefit derivable from its intake.

The packaging looks the same except for the 500 mg. I decided not to give it to her since she is a little dog. After taking one a day for longer than a month, I've had a steady dietary improvement. I never had to worry about a gross fish smell at all after taking the healthy supplements either. Whenever I swallow the pill, no fish flavor or odor comes back and I don't have to worry about a gross smell from it. The krill oil used in the pills is a lot healthier than regular krill oil as well, which makes the supplements trustworthy and helpful. In general, these dietary supplements are extremely healthy and effective. I highly recommend this product.

My best review on this product is that I've taken the pills for a week and I have not once burped any fishy smell or taste. Not sure of the medical effects yet as I need to take them for a month. I would suggest talking to your health care provider before taking any over the counter medication. My Dr believes it will be beneficial to my health.
