The product is fine but the shipping method isn’t. It was just in a shopping bag and not even stapled closed. I would think that it should be a little more private.

Always works like a charm. Photos would be NSFW
this stuff really works nicely. More importantly when you're done just a few paper towels and maybe a baby wipe and your done. Make sure it's the liquid and NOT the jelly, that is way more hassle than it's worth.

It did not work for what I needed it for...
The lubricant was not what I expected. I knew that it would be liquid. But, this is extremely running with no texture at all. I had no plans to use this for intimacy. It was medical use. There was no substance to it. No silicone. It was messy and not useful for what I needed it for. I wouldn't choose to use this for solo use because it would totally be a mess. Therefore, I don't find this product to be for me. It was affordable but more than generic. I am really disappointed. And no, I am not going to try to get a refund.

Leaky cap
The cap leaks. This is the second time purchased and both caps leak.

Do not buy, get the brand name instead.
Product is cheap and gets the job done, but does not evaporate like the water-based product it is based on. Better to get the brand name, as this one is bad.
