Price is the best
Guess I don't have much of an opinion on its effectiveness. I get an occasional bout of bronchitis which just seems to take time to run its course. I use WalMart generic instead of Mucinex because of the price, but not sure either one is all that effective - Given enough time, mother nature eventually takes care of it anyhow!

Very good cough %26 congestion medication .
I have Asthma, %26 I now have Bronchitis, I depend on this medication... it truly helps my congestion %26 cough. As, far as I can tell, it is as good as the name brand. Very good quality item.

Seasonal allergies give me a stuffy nose ! Even with Allegra and nasacort! This is a big help! And gets rid of that itchy cough that comes with allergies! ‘Tis the Season!

Cost effective
Just as effective as name brand mucus relief at a fraction of the cost. Works as directed, especially at first sign of cough. This formula can be taken with many medications, but as with any over the counter product, consult with doctor or pharmacist before taking with prescription medicine.

It's really works well I have severe sinusitis. I take one every day and I don't have any pressure or congestion. I would definitely recommend this.

I am pleased with the Equate Mucinex DM 600mg/30mg, BUT when THIS ONE(MAXIMUM STRENGTH)was "substituted" without my permission, I was livid! THESE ARE HUGE %26 VERY HARD TO SWALLOW!! BE AWARE! While they may work well IF YOU CAN GET THEM DOWN~ THAT proves to be a very difficult task, even for my 24 yr. old son.

These really help but they certainly are very large to swallow. I will not get them again for I had to break them to take one. Price was good and the ingredients really helped me a lot
