When you can't turn off your brain because of late night paperwork, or other thoughts swirling around, or a bit too much caffeine too late in the day, then take one of these capsules to go to sleep.

I take this early in the evening, around 7pm and become drowsy around 7:45 - 8pm. I sleep soundly throughout the evening and I awake refreshed at 4am to get ready for work.

Works great to help sleep. But the company needs to do better with having Walmart stocked with it. Many times I go to get them and the store is out and they say they ordered them but the company that makes them isn't taking orders at times.

So far it's done a good job at helping me go to sleep and making me sleepy. I've tried a lot of things. So for this one seems to be working.

this product does the job well to help you sleep. Make sure you use it about 1 hour before you go to sleep so it will work. I've bought this product for years and it works great for me when I need to get that sleep that I can't seem to do by myself.

When I cant sleep I reach for Equate...only takes 1 pill and in 10 minutes I'm out like a light....as if I were being sedated by a professional. And there is no groggy feeling in the morning. Also cost way less than the name brand....I recommend.

This sleep aid with 50 mg dose is great product and helps me sleep through the night. Had used Tylenol PM before, but this is the same thing with out the Tylenol. Wish had found earlier. My dr said much better than Ambien. Can take every-night without the worries of the stronger drug

My doctor recommend name brand and I bought the generic brand because it had same ingredients and I have always had 100% satisfaction with Equate products. This one did not seem to keep me asleep. Could just be me. I will try again before giving up.
