I have a horrible time sleeping, or I should say, use to. These little blue pills work. I notice the effect in about 15 minutes and when you wake up there's no "druggie lacking" feeling. You're ready to start the day. Do not hesitate to buy them.

I like this capsule form, the fact that it comes in a bottle, not having to fool with trying to open individual packets.

This sleep aid is better than the rest of them out there. I take 1 tablet an hour before bed and just lay my head down and go right to sleep.

This sleep aid is just as good as some of the more well-known, expensive sleep aid brands. Taken as directed, they help me relax enough to fall asleep and stay asleep. I'm someone who's had problems with sleep all my life, so it's lovely to have a product like this available without prescription.

I have been using these liquidcaps for a few years now. I usually have to take four or more, but they actually help me get to sleep. I have tried the other brands and non-liquidcaps, but they have minimal effect. Most sleep aids either do not work at all on me orI build up a tolerance of them quickly. These work within two hours and I haven't had become resistant to them. I mainly use these because I need to get to sleep quickly. One drawback, they do not always help me to stay asleep.

I've found this product to be very effective at helping to ease me off to sleep. There seems to be little to no lingering effects afterward so that I feel fully awake and ready to go the following day. Excellent price compared to the name brands and as effective.
