Equate Meal Replacement Shakes, Dark Chocolate Royale, 11 fl oz, 6 Count

This is a lower calorie weight-loss shake by Equate. The 11 oz size fills my tummy and keeps me from getting hungry too quickly again. It has 5 grams of fiber per serving and only 180 calories. The Chocolate Royale flavor is better than the Creamy Milk Chocolate, which I used for a long time before my sister told me about the Royale. It's hard to find in the stores sometimes, but I bought it online and got a sufficient quantity that shipping to my home was free. Very satisfied with the product and the Wal-Mart service.

This is an excellent product and has marvelous flavor. The chocolate is yummy and much more desired than similar brands. Flipping on the blender with or without ice makes a dreamy shake and we want more but no . . . Two a day and one meal; three a day and no meal. Either way, it's just plain good!

I've tried a few other brands of meal replacement shakes and Equate Meal Replacement Shakes taste better than they do. Of all the flavors, I prefer the dark chocolate over any of the others but it's hard to find. On top of that, I've read that dark chocolate has health benefits!

I got these because digestive issues force me to resort to liquids every so often to give my stomach a break. I compared these to others brands and even Equates version of Ensure, and the weight loss one actually has more vitamins and minerals in it, was a little less calories and sugar and was even a bit cheaper. Not trying to lose weight but I would definitely suggest these over others....and took others advice in reviews and got the Chocolate Royale over the Milk Chocolate - much better flavor. I keep them on hand so whenever I get hit with a flare up I replace lunch with a shake and I feel satisfied and indulgent.

I shake and freeze the chocolate Equate weight loss shakes. When solid I open the BOTTOM with a can opener and eat with a spoon just like ice cream. They are just wonderful this way, and I have one every night to get my chocolate fix and vitamins together. Try it, you won't be sorry.

I tried the Slim Fast brand, as well as the Costco store brand. Our family likes the Equate brand better than the Costco store brand and about as well as the Slim Fast brand. But the Equate brand is much less expensive.

To those working early in the morning, this is the best replacement. I don't need to wake up early to cook breakfast for my husband. My husband is very satisfied with this chocolate drink. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

I have lost 43 pounds in 9 months drinking this shake for breakfast and sticking to 1280 calories a day. I am pleased and will continue to drink these delicious shakes !

Good product. Equate brand quite good compared to the name brand and it costs significantly less. HOWEVER, in-store purchase is much preferred to having the product shipped. Why? Because of dented cans. I've never had dented cans when I've purchased this item in-store. But with my recent delivery of Equate, at least 1/3 of the cans were dented. Of course I put them all at the front of the refrig and use them first, but what about the cases I've stored? Unless I open them up, I don't know which cans, if any, are dented (likely they are, as there have been dented cans in every 6-pack I have opened from this shipment).

I'm gluten intolerant and this is the only thing I have found that tastes great and gluten free. It's also good for maintaining weight just 1 shake a day instead of 2 for weight loss
