After trying out the 2mg Nitotine Mint Mini Lozenges I really noticed a difference in the cravings I would usually have it I didn't smoke. Even the next morning, I popped 1 in my mouth & it was satisfying my craving which was crazy because the morning is when I would usually need a cigarette right after I'd wake up. That's how I know these really work at least for me! Also, just an FYI the 2mg may not work for someone who smokes a pack a day & I say this because I smoke about a half a pack a day if that & that's why I feel the 2mg lozenges worked very well for me & my cravings being decreased each day I used them!

The lozenge is very strong at first as you need to start off by taking 9 per day for first six weeks . But you will notice the cravings get seeker by the week ! I have been wanting to quit smoking, so I was excited to try the Nicotine 2Mg Mint Mini Lozenge from Equate. the mint flavor was fine and kept my breath fresh. I felt that the lozenges helped with nicotine craving. The only thing is they don't address other addictive aspects of smoking, like the sitting and taking a break with something in your hand to hold. I also felt that the nicotine in these was a little strong for me. Maybe because I smoke about 5-10 cigarettes a day and I could probably use less. There are some good things about this product but I think it won't be the thing to stop me smoking. I don't like using products that contain aspartame, either, however.

I prefer the smaller size of these than the larger lozenges, very discreet to use. They also are faster acting allowing you to get the nicotine you need when you want it. Easy to keep with me when I have a craving for a smoke at work or out with friends!

This product has aspartame. Something the the formula has crystallized and is an unpleasant texture to the skin In your mouth. I have found this product just like the sugar-free version of other brands. But this is not marketed or labeled as sugar-free.
