After trying out the 2mg Nitotine Mint Mini Lozenges I really noticed a difference in the cravings I would usually have it I didn't smoke. Even the next morning, I popped 1 in my mouth & it was satisfying my craving which was crazy because the morning is when I would usually need a cigarette right after I'd wake up. That's how I know these really work at least for me! The nicotine lozenge did satisfy my craving for nicotine. The mint taste was all right. I did not like the texture of the lozenges leaves behind a chalky feeling in your mouth. But overall I do recommend this product if you really want to quit smoking you should not mind the texture.

The lozenge is very strong at first as you need to start off by taking 9 per day for first six weeks . But you will notice the cravings get seeker by the week ! I have been a smoker for the better part of a decade, and like a lot of smokers I am willing to try many different methods to quit. As a frame of reference, I had cut down my cigarette intake dramatically before trying smoking cessation products so my experience may be different from a continual heavy smoker. These lozenges come packaged into separate little tubes which I found extremely convenient to be able to just grab one and toss it in a pocket or purse while I'm not home. While these lozenges are tiny, they definitely pack a punch. Similar to nicotine gum, you keep the lozenges in your cheek once the nicotine releases and begins tingling. I do appreciate that unlike other nicotine replacement products I've tried, these lozenges are neither overwhelming nor unpleasant flavor-wise. My only minor complaint is that you are instructed to allow the lozenge to fully dissolve during use, but that process took far longer than expected. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience.

I have been wanting to quit smoking, so I was excited to try the Nicotine 2Mg Mint Mini Lozenge from Equate. the mint flavor was fine and kept my breath fresh. I felt that the lozenges helped with nicotine craving. The only thing is they don't address other addictive aspects of smoking, like the sitting and taking a break with something in your hand to hold. I also felt that the nicotine in these was a little strong for me. Maybe because I smoke about 5-10 cigarettes a day and I could probably use less. There are some good things about this product but I think it won't be the thing to stop me smoking. I don't like using products that contain aspartame, either, however.

This product has aspartame. Something the the formula has crystallized and is an unpleasant texture to the skin In your mouth. I have found this product just like the sugar-free version of other brands. But this is not marketed or labeled as sugar-free.
