Equate Moleskin Foam Padding, 2 Sheets

I used this after buying a new pair of sneakers. They rubbed on my ankle bone. Used the moleskin for 3 days until I broke the sneakers in. Very good product.

Do not keep on hand. The product is never there.you would think people could realize this.

I get this for my son's shoes and they help so much with the rubbing.

no matter what you do it seems like new boots or shoes always rub. This is a great way to protect those spots before or after they start to rub.

I do a lot of walking! And this padding really helps with blisters or irritation from new shoes or thicker socks. I always have some at home.

This stuff is so soft and helps protect my elbow that I keep bumping.

Instant relief

I really like this product over the thinner ones. However, because of my daily activities including work, I have to replace it by the end of the day. If you're sticking it to your shoe insoles, my advice would be cut a little larger so when you stick it you can trim off the edges that don't stick.

I'm not sure what happened, but the last package of thick moleskin padding I bought had great sticking power, and this one just fell off right away and it isn't very thick.

Sticky mess that rips your skin when taking it off. Leaves sticky residue that doesn't come off with soap and water. Doesn't easily bend for tighter smaller spots. Skip the extra thick and go with the normal thickness.
