Do not take before bed. It will keep you awake.
It helped tremendously with my sinus infection until I could get to doctor. It eased up symptoms.

I kinda recommend...see why
they do work but the Guaifenesin (1200 mg) is too strong and really makes me sick. if you're stomach is sensitive don't take this
