I generally purchase the 108 count, 4 tubes but occasionally that size is out of stock. I received 3 of these as a substitution. 24x3=72 lozenges in total. 108-72=36 fewer lozenges. I wasn't real happy about getting "dinged" for nearly the same price for 36 fewer tablets, but sometimes you aren't left with a viable alternative. They're easy to use, just unscrew the top of the container and shake out a lozenge, place it under your tongue, (Don't chew or swallow per directions,) and you have a steady nicotine delivery system that will help you to avoid nicotine withdrawals. When you're ready, step it down to 2 mg until you're ready to do without entirely.

these lozenges are the best deal I can find pricewise, the mint is good and the cherry ones are nice too. the container is easy to get open, definitely helps with the cravings. I successfully quit smoking after 52 years using these lozenges and crocheting. i tried all the patches and stuff, these lozenges worked best for me.

Best price per piece found anywhere. Very fast shipping by the Seller. I prefer over using the gum when in public because it is such a nasty look. Patches give me burning sensations and nightmares even when removed for sleep. They are helping me tremendously over the past 3 weeks of continuing abstinence with the strong cravings I still have after almost 6 decades of a severe addiction. If you are not alone, Be careful to avoid licking your lips while using one and also Make sure you have a liquid available to drink/sip with/after sucking on one because if your mouth is even a little dry, they leave white residue all over it. These things are like freakin frisbees! They work well tho. I have been breaking them in pieces and a piece is really all you need but I'm also over a month in with no smoking!

Since Nicorette screwed everyone a few years ago and switched their lozenges after 40 years by removing the outer shell and a new manufacturer; I have been looking for an alternative. Rogue Menthol was great, then they canceled menthol. These have been better than most and I will be buying them in the future. So 4 stars only because I know what the nicorette with the pop-top-lid was like. The top wouldnt unscrew in your pocket like these do, and the taste and longevity was much better. With these new generic brands (which is anything in a blue tube, texture is usually an issue. They get slimmy and crumble almost instantly. Equate brand does not and it holds the flavor it has throughout the lozenge and doesnt get slimmy or crumble. Thank you for making a decent lozenger and worth it with such a low price point

The only problem with it is if you lick your lips while you have it in your mouth, you have a white ring around your lips ! You have to use a warm, wet washcloth to get it off. But I have not smoked my vape since December 8, so it does help to quit smoking . And i have smoked for over 40 years.

i just received this and tried it immediately and it dissolved really fast but it didn't have any flavor at all and there wasn't any of that pepper/spicy flavor that tells you it's working like others I've used ,i used a prescription lozenge that was much better ,I'm not sure how it's working I'll have to wait and see i guess, but right now I'm a little disappointed .

I usually get the 2 mg but because they were out and I do a Walmart Delivery this was a substitution, the 4 mg are really really strong so what I do is I break them in half and then in half again and then I put 1/4 in my mouth because it is overpowering because they are 4 mg-when I do the 2 mg I break them in half and then half again and then I put 1/2 in my mouth, but it would be two pieces.. and that usually works perfectly for me.. I know it sounds a little nasty, but if you find them to be a little too strong, just find something clean to take it out of your mouth and put it in a little clean thing where your dog can't get it or cat can't get it because it will kill your pet because of Nick team, but Take it out of your mouth for a little bit. Let your mouth calm down a little bit and then you can always put it back in your mouth even though it sounds gross, but sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do especially if it's too strong for you, and if you do find this is too strong try the 2 mg.

The order was delayed over 5 hours. We could have purchased somewhere else, but it was soooo late by the time you delayed the order. A complete wate of our time.
