Equate Night-time Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes, 40 Count

This wipe gets the job done. I wear makeup every time I attend a function which is usually 2-3 times a month and it’s important to me to protect my skin afterwards. I can clean all my makeup off with one wipe which is amazing. Not to mention, it smells great. I also travel with these when I visit family in nearby states so it’s easy to transport too.

Walmart has rolled out the NEW Night Time wipes which look similar to previous formula, however these are NOT the same as the most original formula wipes we have been purchasing. Towelettes are not gentle on the skin at all like before. The towelettes are so dry it makes it almost impossible to remove the makeup. Whatever new formula they are barreling adding smells nothing like the previous scent and after use it leaves your skin feeling dehydrated with a film on it! I also felt like there was a very slight tingle all over my face. I couldn’t tell if it was an allergic reaction because my face was already Red from having to aggressively wipe off the makeup in the first place. I’m on a mission to find the closest match to the soothing wipes we once were able to purchase. So far, Amazon Night Time Wipes will have to do until walmart brings back the previous ones.

I have no idea why but they got rid of the "Soothing" Nighttime Makeup remover wipes and replaced it with this horrible product. It feels scratchy, doesn't remove my makeup as well (I have to use 3 wipes!!!), and extremely drying. I'm 34 and I had a horrible breakout after using these. Also they got rid of the hard plastic opening that kept the moisture in, probably a money saving choice on their end. I was using the previously called Equate Soothing Nighttime Makeup remover for over 10 years, I will be switching to Neutrogena until they figure out their mistake.

Why change it???they were great before. Consumers are smart and you've cut too many corners on this one just to save money now you will lose more customers because people will not continue to purchase these.. package will not close due to cheap sticky closure, towels are thin and terrible. Entire formula has changed and they simply do not work. I will never buy this product again. Big mistake and huge financial loss on this one… You will see!

PLEASE, PLEASE Walmart read the reviews from your loyal customers. The quality of these in the past 6 weeks has gone from excellent to poor for 2 reasons. Firstly, the packaging used to be great with a snap plastic opener that kept moisture in because I store them upsidedown so that each wipe has wetness as I get them out each time. Secondly, the actual face wipes is now so thin that you have to ball it up to wipe on your face. You can't just keep it flat and wipe because it's so thin it tears. It's hard enough to accept the fact that lots of the "store brand" products at Walmart cost just as much and sometimes you like to see if you can push it even further by charging more than brand names. I love Walmart but I've started doing my shopping at several different stores to save money even if it's less convenient. It's a shame you want to hike the price as you lower the quality.

Hate isnt a strong enough word for how I feel about the changes they made to this product....it was bad enough that the packaging changed but I was almost out of the old product so i bought the new one assuming the product inside would be the same... Nope! thinner wipes, different scent %26 texture, different formula.... Now I have to find something new after years of this being my go to....ugh

So disappointed they changed this product. The original equate makeup remover wipes did the job and felt good on my skin, but now the wipes are so thin and more importantly burn my skin! so after years of loving the equate wipes because they were literally perfect, I have to try find a new brand who make wipes that won’t burn my skin again!

These are not the same as the other makeup wipes that seemed to have been discontinued. They are a much thinner cheap material and burn my skin. Was using the equate makeup wipes for 10 years i guess it's time for a new brand. Super disappointing.

They changed this product and not just the packageing. The wipes are not the same as before. So disappointed. As I've been buying this wipes for years.

They changed the formula and discontinued the original equate face wipes. These take 2-3 wipes to clean your face. The other formula was so much better!
