Equate Night-Time Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes, 80 Count

These are so terrible! Why did they have to go and change the packaging and quality? It’s so frustrating. I have been buying these make up wipes for over a decade and they were perfectly fine. These new ones are more dried out and feel more harsh on the skin. This is definitely going to make me start buying better quality ones from target or Ulta.

I HATE these wipes!!! They are TERRIBLE!!! I wish I could give zero stars! The formula was changed on these and they are causing me severe breakouts and cystic acne. WHY did equate change the formula. I've been happily using the previous formula wipes for years, now they're just trash! Why don't you just not fix what isn't broken? Bring back the old formula and packaging. I will NEVER buy these again and I DON'T recommend them.

So disappointing! I’ve been using the Equate night-time SOOTHING makeup remover wipes for years only to find they recently replaced them with this very cheap version, renaming them Night-Time cleansing towelettes. Both packages said compare to: Neutrogena night calming removers. However, this new Equate version should not even be on the shelf, much less compared to Neutrogena! They are dry and rough and disintegrate if you try to moisten them with water or a facial cleanser that will actually remove your makeup! Pure junk. BRING BACK THE EQUATE NIGHT-TIME SOOTHING!

These SUCK!!! Idk why they discontinued they’re other makeup wipes with the snap down lid bc these are terrible! The others were great! They were easy to open and shut and the wipes didn’t dry out bc of the snapped closure. Now they’re trying to cut costs so they use this pull back sticky closure. The wipes aren’t nice and wet anymore plus they dry out FAST bc of the closure. The other ones worked so good! These are not the same wipes! They made a HUGE mistake switching to these. I will not buy again and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Pictures of the new and old wipes.

This new formula is horrible. I saw that the packaging had changed and was fearful that you had broken something that didn’t need fixed. The old formula was king and would remove even a heavy glam makeup with ease; leaving your skin feeling clean and fresh. This new formula and cloth is a struggle to say the least. Very unfortunate. Please bring back the old formula.

I have been using these makeup wipes for years and years went to re-purchase recently as I purchase pretty much twice a month every month not only have they changed the packaging but the quality of the make up wipes. So disappointed to say that I will no longer be using these after many years.

I have bought these from Walmart for years I loved the packaging and how well they worked. The Target brand as well as the name brand have always burned my eyes terribly when removing my makeup but Walmarts ever did… until now. It seems they have gone with the same company that does Targets because they are almost identical and awful. So disappointed that they changed these!

I have used these wipes for years but due to the formula change, never again! The scent is not bad, but whatever they added burns. I have never had sensitive skin, but when using these especially around my eyes, it burns so much it makes my skin red.

Just eww. Bring back the old ones! I used to use these daily. These are so awful I could cry! Bought a double pack and regretting it because they are just that bad. Packaging is cheap. The feel is cheap. The smell is cheap. So disappointed! The old ones were perfect.

This product seems to have replaced the old equate makeup remover wipes that were in the purple pouch with a hard plastic lid. Do not get these ones. They are not just a package change. The scent is incredibly strong and smells awful now. The package is flimsy and doesn't actually seal anymore. The wipes themselves are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than they used to be. It's shrinkflation mixed with horrible changes to the product itself. They're incredibly drying for my skin now too. 10/10 do not recommend.
