i take this nighttime medicine a lit before i go to bed. i myself only take 1 capsule. Its all I need. I have allergies pretty bad and this stops the coughing when i lay down and clears my sinuses and helps me to sleep through the night. Great product.

When I'm feeling really bad like I have a cold or the flu, sore throat this medication works well. There is no taste because it's capsules. They're kind of large, but they're easy to swallow and because there's liquid inside I think that helps get the medicine into my system faster. In any case, I find myself being able to actually sleep and the pain is alleviated for a while and I believe you can take these if you need to to every six hours, but no more than a total of eight in a 24 hour period. Just be sure to read the dose instructions on the box because I don't have the box in front of me but I know you can take more than just the two at night time.

This works great for quieting your cough and drying up a runny nose. Even though this is a nighttime med, I took it while at work and it definitely made me a bit sleepy. But, it did quiet my persist cough, and stopped the sinus drip. If you take it at home before bedtime, you will sleep soundly thru the night, but might still awake up in the morning feeling a bit groggy. The packaging is a bit tough to access. I used scissors to puncture the packaging to get the pills out. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this product to others.

These Equate brands are as good as the name brands at a much discounted price. This one was about a third of the cost and really helped me thru a bad flu.

I ordered this just in case so I have it on hand and it's always worked fine for me. I still find it odd that they have to scan my ID so I can buy cold medicine but it is what it is.

love having these around. I dislike tasting medicine so this is good to have around when I have cold issues. It works well and gives me the relief I need to sleep.

The product is fine, I guess. The pills are big and the packaging is insane. Like trying to break in to Ft. Knox. It'll rip your fingers and it resists scissors. Will find a product that doesn't make me bleed to use.

I did order all items to be shipped on this order look like to me he shipped all of them but one and you got me coming into the store and picking up the other the other that doesn't really serve any purpose if I was told up front that you wasn't going to ship to me then I wouldn't have ordered it thank you

I never got this. I have gone thru all the bags and I guess he forgot. It was a little crazy since I don't have a license anymore due to a stroke. My dad has his and mom's since she's in the hospital. We had a language problem communicating. I'd like to get what we paid for. I use them for my sinuses. It's the only thing that works. I cleared it with my doc. Thank you.

The product is fine but the problem is walmart.com uses FedEx home delivery for shipping, there should be an option to choose FedEx or United States Postal Service or UPS because FedEx home delivery completely sucks. Packages always come covered inside and out saturated with road dust from the dirt roads these trucks ride on all day long and whatever is inside, the box is completely covered and coated and dust dirt and everything has to be wiped down in order to remove the dirt. I'll say it again. I wish there were other options for shipping rather than only FedEx home delivery anything else would be better
