Great if you have a hard time falling asleep
My husband and I use these all the time. We took them to our Doctor and he said they were safe for us to take every day. We take them about an hour or so before we are ready to go to bed. The one thing is when you start to feel tired do not fight them just go to bed if you do fight through the I am sleepy feeling sometimes you may end up feeling to awake to go to sleep.

Awesome pills!!
I just started using these pills and wow!! Where have u been all these past years. I'm so happy. I can finally sleep. It takes about an hour to kick in for me so plan on taking it an hour before it takes a little while to kick in. It works perfectly. I feel great the next day. I'm in love...

Best and least expensive diphenhydramine
Great Bargain 25 mg diphenhyhdramine Have you seen the high cost of 25 mg diphenhydramine when purchased for allergies --in pink box? Same thing--just less expensive-- I use 2 or 4 nightly for great sleep and to relieve my allergies

Very effective for me
I like the 25mg dosage of this drug because it allow me to better regulate the amount to use. I take 1 about 2 hours before sleep time and another about 1 hour before sleep time. I like that better than taking the full 50mg at once (50mg pills is how most companies sell this). And because this drug is the same as in nighttime allergy meds like Benadryl, I get a 2 for 1 when my allergies are acting up.

Helps me fall asleep and more importantly helps me go back to sleep if I have to get up in the middle of the night.
