I like these they work the same as 💤 quil for nights I just can't go to sleep and they help me stay asleep longer I tend to wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom or to get a midnight snack and it's hard to get back to sleep afterwards this helps me sleep through the night

i take 1 about 9-930 as it takes about an 1hr to start working...Ive took these for yrs i only use them when im low on my regular nite pills..

Price is best
Can't beat the price And as a doctor once told me generic versions of medication are held restricted standards because they definitely can't rebound something going wrong like a recall that's why you see the namebrand companies having recalls because everybody will go back regardlessZz and it's the exact same medication ingredients all that. I'm not a doctor just heard from a doctor when I was shopping at the store one time.
