Worked great... I'm not a fan of medications generally so there's no habituation yet, but I took half a dose and slept soundly for 4 hours

this is one of the only sleep aides I can take without getting Restless Leg Syndrome, and the nausea, caused by most Prescription and OTC, medications. It's also very nice, price wise, and I don't have the morning after sleepiness, like I do with most of the others.

I was a little bit skeptical about using this product but I was amazed at how well it worked for me. I have trouble sleeping at night and this night time aid makes me sleepy within an hour of taking it and I sleep the whole night through without waking up. I will definitely buy this again it is giving me a better quality of life during the daytime so I am not so tired.

Works very well for occasional sleeplessness and motion sickness for my 10 year old son (ONLY one tablet of 25mg). Works just as well as the national brands, so I will take the value over the brand name. We will continue to use Equate Nighttime Sleep-Aid. Tablets, soft gels and liquid work equally well.

The best sleep aid so far. Helps you to fall asleep slowly without feeling nervousness. And you don't wake up feeling groggy...at least for me. Everybody is different so depending on the person's insomnia level some may have to take two but one works for me.

This is exactly what I need to get a perfect night sleep. It's non habit forming and never leaves me groggy or sluggish in the morning. I always wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the morning. This has been extremely helpful for me. 10/10 product!!

I like this medication it helps give me the ability to fall asleep and deals with I get headaches a lot so 71 years old I barely get four hours sleep and this medication doesn't make me feel groggy or have I don't know hangover I guess you'd call it.

I suffer from severe insomnia. I always grab sleep aids just to see if they help with my insomnia meds. I am on a couple of sleeping pills from the doctor, but sometimes they don't do the job. I got these because they were a little over a dollar for 12 and I figured I might as well try them first before I spend it too much money on a bigger bottle. I won't say I'm disappointed because I do know that he's work for other people and apparently these work just like ZzzQuil which I wish I knew before I bought it. apparently I need to wear my glasses when looking at the boxes because it says it's compared to ZzzQuil. andbit l has never worked for me NOW I AM NOT SAYING IT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU. IT PROBABLY WILL. MY INSOMNIA IS EXTREMELY SEVERE AND HAS BEEN SINCE I WAS A NEWBORN BABY. SO PLEASE DON'T FACE MY OPINION OFF IF YOU ARE GOING TO TRY IT OR NOT. I AM JUST GIVING STARS BASED OFF HOW IT WORKED FOR ME YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY

Do not like blister packs, too difficult to get at the capsules. Also this was an unsanctioned replacement for a bottle of 50mg gel caps, so requires that I mess with twice as many in the blister pack. The medication is just as good as name brand, but I really appreciate that it is only what I need to help me get to sleep, and nothing else.

If you're looking to save money, be prepared to lose sleep! These take quiet a while to work; for me, up to two hours. In my experience, the sleepiness then hangs on for about half the day before they wear off, which is an awful feeling. The safety foil packaging is VERY SAFE, so it takes some effort to get the gel caps, which is frustrating to me as well.
