So the short review is yes it works. But for me personally it works for 12 hours. At night I still have to supplement with Benadryl. My doctor prescribed me Wellbutrin and Hydroxyzine for anxiety. Then later my psychiatrist prescribed Lexapro for anxiety. I should have conferenced with both doctors because apparently Lexapro and Hydroxzine cause something about prolonging the time in between beats. When taking one or the other it is not noticable but when taking them both together it is. Kind of like needing two recessive genes for the recessive trait. But since I liked the combination I did not listen until one day I felt it. Like a electric zap and I could literally feel the space between the heartbeat. It was super scary. So I quit hydroxzine cold turkey but since I had been taking it so long the rebound histamine is crazy. I'm going through it now. Man oh man I am so itchy!! Apparently since I have been blocking the histamine so long I'm going overboard. Benadryl does work but it makes me super sleepy during the day. This actually works and it works kind of fast. The first day I did get sleepy but now I'm cool. It does seem to lessen the effectiveness of my Wellbutrin so be careful of that. But it actually works. I think I may have the same rebound from this but at least I can taper off it safely. But like I said for me it works 12 hours and even then it is not oh I forgot I am itchy and have hives. Instead it's like right now one or two small itches instead of my whole body.
As a Allergy suffer with congestion that stops you from doing your everyday life things. I'm happy to say I got relief without any drowsyness. Definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Some OTC meds work and some don't. These do. The generic allegra take care of the problem this time of the year. As our President likes to say, we are having the worst pollen season like the world has never seen before. There is a layer of yellow pollen dust on everything that doesn't move and a few that do. This helps in years where climate change has given us little rain, windy conditions and perfect conditions for the pollen spores. Congestion, scratchy throat, and automobiles that are all yellow.
Always worked for me. Idk, I was still stuffy. Had to hit the nasal spray. I still will buy bc I broke my nose a month ago it may be the cause. I don't want to start using nose strips ughhh
When I have cold or congestion I immediately start taking this product because it allows me to still go to work and function without any drowsiness. Usually within a couple of days, the congestion is all cleared up and no doctor's appointment needed!
This is the only thing that works for me when my prescription allergy meds are out. (I'm severely allergic to pollen. We're not talking, itchy, runny nose. We're talking, anaphylactic shock. I will literally die.) Granted, it takes 5-9 of these to hit the same as one or two of my prescription tablets, but in emergencies, it's better than nothing. Loratadine doesn't even touch it, and all the other ones give me horrible nausea and migraines to the point of putting me in the ER. These have next to no side effects for me personally, but of course talk to your doctor or pharmacist before choosing a medication that works for you. If you're just looking for a cheaper generic Allegra, then these are identical in my experience.
Best value and woos well to reduce allergies
Works as good as name brand
this non drowsy allergy relief made me drowsy and i felt like i had a mild hangover within an hour of taking it. i could tell that it worked some, but fexofenadine allergy relief is not for me.
For anyone with arthritis in their hands or slight tremors you cant open them. I have to use scissors or a knife to open but if you have tremors that can be dangerous also I have cut myself once out of the 6 pills that I have tried to take so if you can't get into them they don't work very good
