I enjoy using these, they have a menthol oil in them that feels like it's cooling the air as I inhale it. I have a deviated septum and it sometimes makes me feel like my ability to get breathe is lessened. These help me to get a nice cooling sensation in my nose and throat. I use it to breathe at bedtime and so it helps me feel calm and relaxed. One star off for the price point.

i get one for everyone in the family during cold season. the kids like it better than having to have the rub put on and kids make fun of them for the smell. they keep them in their pockets and can use when ever their noise is stuffy. husband keep in his tool box at work.

First, the plastic wrap surrounding the inhaler is ridiculously hard to remove. Times 3 inhalers adds up to three times the frustration. I wanted one in my purse %26 one in each of my bathrooms. There could be some simpler method of removing this wrapper... After finally getting the first one open, I took a sniff and was expecting a similar scent of a Vicks vapor inhaler. I was disappointed. The design is the same but the scent is not. There seems to be a plastic smell mixed in with the menthol. Not refreshing at all. In general, I am not pleased with this product. This is the first time I have been under-impressed with an Equate product. Usually the price and comparison to brand name products is worth the purchase but for this item I'd say not.
