Equate Extra Strength Pain Reliever PM Acetaminophen has been in my medicine cabinet for many years. I need pain relief at night and I've tried many! This gives me the pain relief I desperately need and the sleepless nights have been a thing of the past all do to Equate Acetaminophen PM. Yes, really!

These are every bit as effective as the high priced name brand. Basically no difference except for the price. Truth be told, my husband swears by the name brand “you know which one” but what he doesn't know is that I very often interchange these for those and he has no clue!!!

I take these at night time if i have a hard time going to sleep and they help within 40 minutes im relaxed and can sleep

This item did nothing for me except maybe make me more hyper. No pain relief. No sleepiness. Whatsoever. Took 2 tablets as instructions said.
