The gelcaps work so fast. I like these much better than the pills. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This product is FOUL. I saw a 300 ct. for almost the same price as Advil's 160ct. so I figured why not...... good lord when I opened the bottle it smelled like animal dung, I promptly returned and bought the Advil. So nasty and foul; it literally smelled like an animal took a poop in the bottle.
The product has a strong fish smell............really awful. I bought this product, opened it, returned it due to the overwhelming rotten fish smell. I bought a new product and THE SAME THING HAPPENED. Walmart really should not sell this product.....................awful...........
I bought a bottle of the above today. Immediately opened and took three. I thought the smell was dirty dishes as I was standing near sink. Then took the bottle to another room and opened, it's the ibuprofen. Smells like a dead animal! What do I do, already took three and just thinking about the smell makes me sick to my stomach.
Horrible smell when opened, returned and exchanged, new bottle smelled too. Needs to be investigated, never ever has this product smelled like this before. Makes me very leery to even use the Equate brands for this or any other product. Included product number and exp. date in photos.
I recently bought this at Walmart. It seems that there are serious quality control issues with both this brand as well as the Advil brand liquid gels. A bottle of Advil brand liquigels (purchased at Walmart) was oily inside. I bought this Equate version product as a replacement, and to my dismay, it smells absolutely HORRIFIC, like the smell of human decomposition (I work in the medical field and I do know what that smells like). I will be returning this.
After opening bottle, it smelled like death. I returned the bottle and got a new one and took some thinking that the last incident was a complete one off. The next morning I opened the bottle and this putrid stench greeted me. I hope I'm going to be ok.
I have been buying this product for years. I just opened a new bottle I bought last week and the horrible smell was overwhelming. I called the number on the back and reported it. NO WAY I would take these. It smells like something died. Lot#A36823 exp 02/20. The customer service said they would contact the manufacturer.
OMG! What did we just buy!? These are getting returned ASAP! It smells like death inside a bottle. These couldn't have passed quality control at any factory! I'm nauseous from just opening & smelling it. We have been buying the same pills but in the 160 count bottle. They are fine. They have never smelled. I've never had any ibuprofen smell like death. Why does it seem to be the 300 count bottles...hum. Very disappointed.
This bottle that contains 300 capsules smells like dog poopoo, cat poopoo, cow poopoo !!! It's just disgusting why would I want to put that smell in my body I'm disgusted truly and honestly
