The size is the only issue I have because the prenatal pill(gel capsules) is huge in size. I Love how the pack comes with chlorine which is something I need and most prenatal vitamins don't have it.

It's a great price. I have not used it long enough to know its effectiveness. I wish it was an “all in one” administration.

the larger capsule is huge and hard to swallow. other than that, it's good. i like that it has DHA %26 choline which is hard to find in other brands at the same price point. i haven't experienced any nausea after taking it but i always take with a meal just in case
