Do not purchase if you are on the “fluffy” side of life. It is not built for obese individuals. You definitely not feel like you are secure.

Though my reviews may not have been great anything is better than nothing when you need a true sitz bath.

Delivery was fast but was missing the bag! Had to call phone number on box for a refund back to my credit card. Item is unavailable for a return. I guess they don't have a quality control check because there should only have been two items in the box but only the pot game and not the bag to go with it.!

the box was smashed and the sitz bath broken into 2 pieces i contacted walmart sounded like they are not going to refund or replace sadly this is typical for walmart now they don't care about their customers at all just take our money

They wouldn't let me return this because it said item can't be returned but when it's broken, I should be able to get it returned. This is a piece of junk. I ordered another one and replace so I have two and I need a refund on this item.

this is an extremely cheap piece of plastic that came already cracked. it doesn't fit in the toilet we have, so essentially this was a complete waste of money.

They said it was in the store when I ordered it, it was out. So they ordered it online and now it is delayed. Don't know when I will get it? I had surgery and needed that day.
