Equate Sleep Aid Doxylamine Succinate Tablets, 25 mg, 32 count

I've tried maybe five sleep aids and this is far the best. In fact, I usually take half to two-thirds of a tablet. If I can sleep very late in the morning I'll take a whole tablet. Most nights I don't have any trouble if I wake up, though if I need to I am not groggy (unless I've had an entire tablet).

My mother used this for many years and recommended it to me when work wouldn't let me "turn off" my mind. I've used it ever since. I would recommend taking only half or even a fourth until you see how you react to it.

I have used this product often ( it is the sleep ingredient in that green liquid advertised in a cold and flu medicine.) It is effective and works wonderfully.

I bought this for my husband after it being recommended to me and sure enough it makes him pass out and stay out. I subsequently purchased it for my mom and she loves it also.

I have used this item for many years now. I caint find it in the Wal Mart stores anymore so I just have to order it. If I can find it I'll never be without it.

Whenever something is not in the store, I get it on line and get it within a few days. These have not been in the store for several months, either because they are so popular or bad inventory. In any event, they came within three days of ordering.

for the price, one pill works fine for a good night sleep without added frills for symptoms you don't have.

One tablet usually works, sometimes two with no adverse effects. New bottle format instead of those carded tablets (impossible to open without a machete) is a great improvement. Walmart.com still displays the older carded package.
