This item came promptly and worked for me overnight with the recommended dose. I also love the unique coloring of the soft gels, which I found extremely useful for identification when taking multiple meds, as the same color scheme can be confusing. Worked just as well, if not better! Plus, I can't beat the price. Satisfied with and will buy again.

I have Crohn's %26 use Docusate Sodium daily along with the other 30 or so pills I take daily. Unfortunately, taking a lot of prescription meds ends up with multiple side effects you need to combat too. I like that Wal-Mart has the Equate brand with a large amount of Gels in a bottle for a reasonable price compared to the name brand. I've taken name brand %26 the store brands %26 they work exactly the same, just cost you less because you aren't paying for the name. I definitely recommend Equate brand Docusate Sodium %26 any other over the counter medications you might need. I also use the Simethicone gels (gas relief) - I take 4-8 a day, so the bottles from Wal-Mart save me lots of cash %26 packaging waste compared to the name brand blister packs.

This product is truly tasteless, works as well as more expensive brands and provides the needed results in the time range specified. This is my second purchase and I'll continue to use it if necessary in the future. Also, this is non-stimulant so no cramping or uncomfortable effects from using it.

Give these stool softeners a try, if you're having occasional issues, that do not require medical attention. My husband has IBS and sometimes needs to take a stool softener, and ways has relief after using the Equate brand. If he takes them at bedtime, he usually gets relief by early morning.

I've had some issues being on GLP 1 medication for diabetes, specifically with the constipation side effects. This simple pill added to my diet addresses the issue. Even though mine was out of stock and they had to give me another kind, they tried their best even though it was not the right medicine Walmart still had my best interest in mine and kept me in for the whole time. How can you ask for better service than that

For lubrication of the intestinal track, this works well. It's not really a laxative as it doesn't bring on a lot of pressure or cramping. It's just a softener to prevent straining. Post gastric bypass, this has been a required tool in my supplement regiment. For me, it's not helpful when constipated. It is helpful in preventing constipation.

I've wanted a stool softener WITHOUT a laxative! This says NOTHING about a laxative until I received it %26 then it was too late! I'd already taken one! I'm glad I only took ONE! Holy cow!!!!

Soooo.. I have this 3 star, because I'm not sure if they actually work or not. I took it at night like recommended, but I wasn't really seeing the best results. I was also confused on how many to take tho, so that could def be why I wasn't seeing results like I needed. So that's why I only gave it 3 stars.
