I've suffered from insomnia since my last pregnancy which was over two years ago. I've tried everything. Doctor prescribed meds (which only halfway worked, but couldn't be on if I wanted to be prescribed ADHD meds-was only diagnosed last year at 33), then recommended melatonin as a substitute and while it helped me fall asleep, I still couldn't stay asleep and it left me feeling groggy and run-down. I even tried the blends that brands put out for sleep and that didn't work. I just happened across this product and read the reviews for it and thought it'd be worth a try. I'm not much for supplements and often think of them just for expensive pee or that it's typically placebo effect, so I tried this expecting absolutely nothing, but hoping yo find something that worked at least as good as the melatonin without feeling like a zombie the next morning. THIS. IS. IT. This product is truly magical and has completely changed my sleep. It helps quiet my mind and turn things off for the night in such a way that lasts the entire night and I don't wake until I hear my alarm. It kicks in much quicker too, which means I'm getting more sleep in a night than I have for over two years and I've never felt better.

I am always a bit skeptical when it comes to claims that vitamins help particular things - especially when it comes to gummy vitamins. These vitamins tasted yummy and it made me even more skeptical that they would have any real effects. To my surprise, my husband and my mother both have mentioned I seem calmer and less frantic in recent days (totally unaware of my adding these to my routine). These taste pretty well, and they seem to work for reducing my stress, or at least, my response to stress. They are a bit hard to chew, but not a serious problem. I caution Diabetics when taking these though, because I have noticed a slight dip in my blood sugar while taking them, but I haven't been taking them for very long, so it may have nothing to do with the gummies.

i have severe anxiety and used to have to take benzos for years but now i do not rely on meds so a product like this that is not habit forming is a great option. The three acrive ingredients really do help me feel calmer quickly. it won't knock you out like Xanax but it really does give you a noticable calming effect.

These Equate Gummies have a lemon berry flavor and to me and my husband we both really liked the taste of these gummies. I am always looking for products like this that say they help with stress, and to help keep you calm, relaxed, and positive. Their are 42 gummies in this bottle. I like they they are gummies because I personally like to take gummies instead of capsules because gummies taste better a lot of the time and they are also much easier to take then trying to swallow a pill. Me and my husband are both taking these, and we both like the taste lemon berry flavor.

I've used these daily for about a week and I'm not 100% certain of their effectiveness but if anything I notice I might sleep a little better. Similar to melatonin gummies. I still feel stressed and tense haha but maybe they just make me a little sleepier. They taste okay but are not the softest gummy so you do need to really chew it up.

I'd taken the Olly brand primer to these. I thought they would be just as good but cheaper. However these did not work for me. They are much harder to chew and the taste is horrible. I could also feel the difference between the two. Would not recommend unless you just don't have it to spend on the more pricy ones. Other than that somethings better than nothing.

I was buying these regularly, then I got a bottle recently, and they smelled and tasted like expired alcohol and very "chemically" (best way I can describe it!) Called walmart to get a refund (I did get it) then went back and got another bottle, and guess what? Same smell, and taste! I guess these will be off my shopping list from now on!!
