Been 3 weeks so far and Ive not had a single puff. I did buy the gum too, to help the urges and during high stress situations, after a week in I switched to mostly regular non nicotine come for my urges(still using patch). I have been smoking for 25 years. I do not see myself going back. The patches stay on, even in my showers.

they finally did it! instead of selling us one package at a time, they finally put the whole thing into one purchase. if I had bought them separately, it would have been $28 each, which would have equaled $112 for the whole thing. so glad that they finally put it into one package.

For first 2 wks, still craved the habit of 'smoking something'. I stopped using the patches after 2 wks, the box recmnds 4 wks for the highest milligram, then 1 wk a piece for the other 2 milligram levels. It has now been 4 wks and I haven't smoked! Rarely think abt it, will use the xtra if I need 2

These patches are great if you are trying to quit smoking. Definitely do not accidentally forget about them being on though, I did have an allergic reaction when I accidentally left it on. They do not stay on in the shower, but if you let them dry they go back on with no problem.

The product was reasonably priced and much less than other branded products. I liked that I placed the order at 6 PM on one day and received before 11 AM the next day. This helped in my efforts to quit smoking, although it was an impulse purchase. Thank you Walmart!

It definitely takes off the edge and makes it easier to quit. But if one is not absolutely willing to break the habit as well.... it will not work. It helped me several years ago and it is now helping a friend who says that it makes a big difference. This product cannot completely quell the urge but it absolutely helps if one is really wanting to quit. And if used as directed.

They help to alleviate the cravings for nicotine. The only problem is they will not stay on if you're sweaty at all. I'd put it on in the am and it was great. Go outside later to do yard work and it'd fall off. Very frustrating. Otherwise, they've worked great!

These do work really well. I haven't had a cigarette in 3 and a half weeks, but I've had to use medical tape to keep them on sometimes. They need to be a little more sticky.

I have used other brands and never had issues like this. No matter where I place the patch, it ends up coming off. Don't even think about wearing this if you are outside on a hot day. Within an hour, it was sliding off. And lesson learned... make sure you have backup nicotine source when this happens so you don't experience the urge symptoms like I did. It was horrible

This is Zero stars. It's not the clear patch, which I have used in the past. They hide the reviews for this product so you think you're getting a great deal. I never felt the patch working and had withdrawals every time I used them. I'm trying to get my mo et back.
