I have used brand name item long term before. This works as well especially MSN formula. I have found taking it twice a day is better for me than taking it once a day. Once a day has caused me some stomach upset especially at night. Give it two to three weeks to take affect.

These work really well. Gives me energy. Good as the name brand. Pills are big though, so I just fill my mouth with water with pill in mouth, then sling my head back to help swallow it.

One more time. Buyers do not consume products upon delivery. These supplements are sitting on a shelf. I haven't opened the bottle because this is part of my continuity is self care. I plan on using these after my current bottle is empty. A few weeks will tell if these are working.

This pills are way too big! I take a number of medications in pill form, but this is difficult to get down. Need a new size or design for easier swallowing

These pills are so large that it makes it very difficult to swallow, even more so since you're supposed to take 2. I even split them in half and it's still so hard to swallow.
