Equate Vanilla Max Protein Nutrition Shakes, 11 FL OZ, 6 Count

This shake is delicious. I assumed it would taste like chalk or powder, but it has a very pleasant taste - strong in vanilla and sweeter than would expect. I drink 3 per day and it helps me to curb my appetite. I have dropped 32 lbs in 2 months when included with a SINGLE, reasonably meal per day. You will love them.

This product compares very favorably to the Ensure Brand and Premier Protein Brand equivalents at about two-thirds the price. Just be certain to shake well (think: paint mixer) before each use, i.e. every time you unscrew the lid to pour out some to get rid of any clumpings.

I bought these to as high protein meal replacement to get me through my healing process of having all four wisdom teeth removed. I'm so happy I did! The taste is comparable to that of a melted Wendy's vanilla Frosty, which I find to be lovely! They are also very filling. They are almost 100% comparable to the “Ensure” shakes, and quite a few bucks cheaper! I would definitely recommend these. I think once I am all healed up that these shakes will be a new staple in my refrigerator just to have on hand for a quick bite. In my daily life, I'm not usually in the mood for breakfast and don't have my first meal of the day until at least 10:30 am (which slows your metabolism down). These will be great for me to grab and go in the mornings to have on my commute to work to get my body going. Long story short, these shakes are worth the shot, and cheaper than other shakes which consist of the same amount of nutritional content.

Bought these on sale just to give them a try (I normally buy ENSURE and that brand is so expensive). I found out that these protein shakes are thick and delicious. Since these shakes are thick they are very filling. I have gone from 163 to 151 pounds without starving myself. I still eat regular food but replace at least one meal with a shake. I still have a long way to go and I keep these EQUATE Protein Shakes on hand.

i liked the taste of the protein, I have bought the other protein in the cartons but it seems like these in the bottle taste better and it seems like you get more even though it says the same amount per bottle as the cartons. the bottles seem like they will be easy to take with you because they are thick plastic and have screw on tops.

I bought this on special 6 bottles for $3.95. Only because of that price did I buy. The taste is ok after a while and if chilled it tastes better even enjoyable over time. At times it has a soapy type of taste or just very artificial soap type taste. However, after drinking a few I didn't notice much that taste maybe when I finished the bottle I did. I noticed if drunk chilled it tasted better and creamier. It is disappointing though after finishing a bottle that there is a grainy or sandy type taste as if the powder is rough and didn't mix well with the drink. A few times I tasted some rough powder at the end of the bottle but not for all. Maybe in manufacturing they need to look into better mixing. I would buy again if the price improves but at current price I'll jump to a better known brand that I can get at a better price in another store. I was hoping to replace that brand with this only because of price. But I am willing to pay a bit more because of taste and quality. I've been buying protein shakes for years and we spend a good amount of money on it as a family because of it I was looking for a replacement. However, at $8.96 for 30g and 24 vitamins is not a good price. I can get another known brand a bit more but better taste and quality with 27 vitamins.

I don't know if they were old stock or not, but every bottle I've consumed so far has had chunks in the bottom of it. No matter how hard it how much I shake it, the chunks remain. Pretty disgusting actually, which is disappointing because the flavor is good.

Something IS NOT RIGHT with THIS batch...I've bought 4-packs of this product before and they tasted great. Purchased the same product in a 12-pack and they tasted terrible. Tasted like just whole milk (NO vanilla flavor) and no matter how much you shake the bottle, milk solids come out of the bottle at the end...YUK! They're not old or outdated either. Has a 09/2024 "best used by date". I will be sticking with the chocolate as they tasted just fine!

this is the second time i had this the first time was in the 6 pack and from a different walmart but the products were the same. the first time i had it, it tasted okay it was a bit chalky and had clumps in the bottom that wouldn't mix in. they caught me by surprise the first time but I just didnt drink the very last bit. i could tolerate that. this time was nothing like that there were no clumps. but there was also no flavor. it had all the chalky thickness of the shake but not even a bit of sweetness or vanilla to balance it out. disgusting 0/5 never buying again.

I liked it because it wasn't so thick and globby like before but the cost went up $3.00. Also before the change in packaging, I bought the Chocolate flavor but when I opened one and started to drink it, it didn't taste right. Then I saw they were Cafe Latte. I do not like coffee and had to give it away. Other than that, I like the product.
