Equate Whey Protein Supplement, Rich Chocolate, 30g, 32oz

I liked the taste and that it blended easily with water, as well as my preferred milk alternative(almond milk). There were no clumps or unmixed dry powder, which makes a big different when expecting and enjoying a smooth protein supplement. Loved it and will buy it above all, from now on.

I purchased this as am trying to grow out my bob hair and heard that whey is very good for hair growth, I was surprised how large the container was and it was filled all the way to the top! It is very tasty and definitely will last me for a while!

Ingredients and nutritional values are similar to name brand protein powders. Good taste and mixes well. This has been my go to protein powder for months now.

I had to force myself to finish it the first time I had it. i mix it with just water...I imagine it tastes better with milk. i like the 30gs of protein and added BCAAs which is why I switched from pure protein

Easier to make if you mix the powder in a base amount of hot water first, then fill rest of way with cold water and shake through ice (like a cocktail). Taste is ok if you can get it cold. Using as non-workout supplement. Cheaper and less trash to mix your own.

Cost - it's the cheapest 30 gram protein supplement (powder or shake) on the market . Taste - rich chocolate taste. Carbs - low, low 5 carbs per serving. Only negative is how well it dissolves in cold or hot water - no matter how long you stir, there are still huge lumps that won't dissolve.

I noticed the significant lighter color in the Chocolate Whey on my reorder where per serving, calories changed from 170 to 190. Sodium increased from 135mg to 160mg. Potassium reduced from 399mg toto 300mg. Container amount/weight was also reduced slightly.

DO NOT BUY. The previous version of the product was great! However, there seems to have been some kind of update in the recipe and packaging recently, with this new recipe tasting absolutely aweful. Additionally, it mixes much worse as well. The new recipe can be identified by the packaging being more "round" or "new" (for lack of a better description).
