I love that this heating pad has 6 heating levels! It really makes a different to be able to control the heat with this many settings. I've looked and tried some other heating pads and none of them (even more expensive ones) are as good as this one in my opinion. It's seemingly made well, heats all over and has a long cord. I haven't tried washing it to see how that goes, but I haven't tried been using it for over a week to relieve some lower back pain and it's done great. 10/10
Last night, I was preparing for my surgery and searching for something that could help ease the pain afterward. I saw that a heating pad helped others, so I looked up reviews and decided it was worth trying. When I got home, it had already been delivered. After using it, I was amazed it has 6 heat levels and timer options of 1, 2, or 3 hours with auto shut-off. The XXL size helped me the most because my body was still shaking from the anesthesia, and it really helped me calm down and eased my discomfort.
I honestly love this heating pad. The size is perfect, especially if you have back or shoulder pain, because it actually covers the whole area instead of just one small spot. It heats up pretty fast, and I like that you can change the heat level depending on how you feel. The fabric is soft and comfortable, so it does not feel rough against your skin. The auto shut off is also a huge plus because I do not have to worry if I fall asleep with it on. It has helped me so much after long days when my muscles are sore. I find myself reaching for it all the time.
The heating pad is super big. It is flexible to wrap around your wrist/knee/ankle/shoulder or hand. Has 6 heat settings and YES does get hot, be careful. There are 3 time setting / I needed more so had to keep adjusting the time. This was no big deal Biggest size I was able to find. Gotta love Walmart - delivered same day !!
Ok so def 5 stars! It's huge like I wanted. Covers neck to thighs! Gets nice and hot. I've been using it every night. I have severe back issues along with hip issues. So using it often it hasn't given me a single issue. Def a great buy! The cord is a great length too.
I have 2 XXL heating pads. Ive had 1 for a year and the other for just a week. my year old pad, gets really warm. I notice this newer one doesnt get as heated but it still works well. the size is perfect. I keep one heating pad at my mother's house and the other at my house. Ive been using my heating pad everyday for the last 6 months; I have chronic pain.
Overall, I'd call this heating pad a good buy. The size is great, and it certainly warms up. The two things holding it back are that I noticed the heat isn't totally uniform across the entire surface, and for my liking, it doesn't get that nice, intense heat I was hoping for. Still, it functions perfectly well.
i have bought several of these and they are a necessity however this time got a lower rating only bc it didn't show up🫤i will def be reordering. they are perfect size to lay on my legs when they are hurting. and keep me warm bc my heating blanket messed up
I want to love this, but I've been through 3 of them now. The first one I bought was great, but ended up kind of “burning” a spot on the cover on the heating pad. The second one I got, I used once and it quit working altogether. I am currently on the third one. Third times the charm right?
I own the X-Large heating pad and I use it all of the time. It's held up to many washings and the padding and material remain soft, full and it still heats well. I was excited to get the Jumbo XXL size BUT what a disappointment! It's only slightly bigger than my XL and it's not as padded or soft! I would've returned it but I ripped the box opening it and threw it away immediately. The $10 cost difference is DEFINITELY not worth it. Save your money and buy the XL.
