Good Washer. Easy to install, easy to operate, and quiet. It does drip a little water out of the soap dispenser, when you open it. But it's not a game changer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and dryer for my fifth wheel and it is a game changer. We really love it works great. The only issue is the detergent drawer does not always stay closed and must be double checked as it will pop open. But a manageable inconvenience for a great product.

The machine appears well-made with good fit and finish. All of the wash related functions work well. However, there are several areas needing improvement: 1. During washing and rinsing cycles, the machine has difficulty spinning at the higher RPMs necessary to wring out the water. Too often, the clothes end the rinse cycle very wet. On several occasions, after either the normal or short washing cycles, the clothes came out unacceptably wet because a high-speed spin did not happen. There is no setting for Spinning Only. The only way I am able to get a high-speed spin is to select Rinse and Spin. Then I usually get the machine to spin at least 1,000 RPMs. 2. The vented drying function is unnecessarily inefficient. The airflow out the exhaust vent is so weak it cannot open the exhaust vent damper flap. The reason for this is that airflow into the machine is severely constrained because the air must enter through the non-vented condensation drying subsystem. This bias to using the condensation drying system for the first five minutes of drying even when the operator has selected the Vented Option prevents the vented drying option from working efficiently. The fans strain to move air but like a vacuum hose that is blocked, the fans generate only suction - not airflow. Because of this lack of airflow, the top of machine gets extremely hot contributed to premature failure of the control board at the top front of the machine. By modify the machine to create an airgap between the condenser drying assembly and the intake to the blower fan, I was able to dramatically relieve the airflow constraint. In addition I added a 4-inch air intake grill on the top right vertical side of the machine. The resulting airflow cooled the top of the machine and generated a strong airflow out the exhaust vent. Drying time was cut to 50 mins instead of 120 mins. 3. Finally the programming logic is often annoying. The machine takes too long fiddling around, thinking about spinning or drying instead of just getting on with it to get the job done. This adds lots of wasted time to the cycle that does not accomplish anything.

Door Assembly is defective, have had to replace twice & need to replace again! It cracks at the hinge when carefully opening door, this is frustrating! Otherwise the machine functions well in my RV.
