the washer works ok. the dtyet the dryer is the problem. I put in a set of sheets. when it stoped clothes were not dryI ran the dryer gor 2 hours still not dry. I had to hang them up

Upset customer
Repair desk very very slow at responding to it needing service, causing my return window to expire. Had to order a new control panel, still will not complete cycle keeps stopping, it is not throwing breaker nor the GFI . Appliance desk is very slow at responding that my return window expires. This should not happen with a new machine. Will not recommend Company nor machine. To anyone

Delivery tip to not guarantee delivery to door.
When I make an order I expect it to come to my house not my front gate. It is 1/2 a mile from my door. When I bought a refrigerator it was left at my gate cost me more to get it brought to my home. If I had a way to move it I would just go buy it and save delivery charges. Will find someone else who will deliver to my door. Sam Walton would be shamed by the policy of his legacy.

Have not received this purchase to leave a review. I couldn't tell you how it works look are feels. The delivery driver has not delivered this all-in-one washer and dryer to me. Still waiting for a cancellation.

the base was dented l. the item was left in the middle of a rain storm under one of the downspout. once i was able to bring appliance in the main top base was broken and the washer would not start as there was an error saying the door wasnt latched. never got it to work. will be returning. cheaply made.
