Easy to put together light weight not too heavy
Easy to install easy to put together but when u get comfortable to wash water starts coming out too fast out the back and I know that is not supposed to happen

the washer works ok. the dtyet the dryer is the problem. I put in a set of sheets. when it stoped clothes were not dryI ran the dryer gor 2 hours still not dry. I had to hang them up

Upset customer
Repair desk very very slow at responding to it needing service, causing my return window to expire. Had to order a new control panel, still will not complete cycle keeps stopping, it is not throwing breaker nor the GFI . Appliance desk is very slow at responding that my return window expires. This should not happen with a new machine. Will not recommend Company nor machine. To anyone

Waste of $1400
When we got it hooked up it shook and bounced across the floor. It didn't dry the clothes at all.

Delivery tip to not guarantee delivery to door.
When I make an order I expect it to come to my house not my front gate. It is 1/2 a mile from my door. When I bought a refrigerator it was left at my gate cost me more to get it brought to my home. If I had a way to move it I would just go buy it and save delivery charges. Will find someone else who will deliver to my door. Sam Walton would be shamed by the policy of his legacy.
