The strap can be shortened and lengthen depending on your preference. You can basically customize the whole product. The material seems a little thick and not easy to puncture. It picks away very tiny and it would be easy to carry for a trip.

I like that it includes a carabiner to attach to my hammock and holds the pillow in place. It deflates quickly and I love the little carry bag that it comes with. It is lightweight when deflated so easy to carry around on hiking trips.
