I have been waiting for just this type of clock and finally I can see a time that didn't come with my DVR as it had with previous models. I don't hear the ascension in the alarms sound as much as its variable pattern which would annoy some people. I bought this for a clock and if I need an alarm function I have it. A note to other hard headed folks like me. This item states it has a large snooze button, well guess what they put the button on the bottom of the clock so you'll press the top of the clock anyways. I pressed it too hard and it flipped right off the shelf! Still I love it! I highly recommend this clock to all.

Purchased these for my living room and each of our bedrooms because our new cable boxes don't have clocks like our old boxes used to. We placed them near our cable boxes. I love them! They are very bright, big numbers and easy to see! You can turn the clock around when it's time to go to bed (the light is ver bright).

The nice shade of blue numbers are bright but not overly bright. Setting the alarm and time are easy. Touch the top of the clock for the ten minute snooze to set, but to cancel it simply turn off the alarm button. The price is right and after using this clock for six months, it is still like new and I am happy with my purchase.

I have Verizon FIOS TV Service and recently had to have my set-top box replaced due to a problem, The old box had a clock which indicated the time as wel;l as a channel change. Apparently, Verizon is using cheaper equipment these days. I bought this clock to put on top of the new box. It had the right dimensions and looks great. The price was great too. I am very pleased with this purchase.

My husband liked it so much we are ordering another one for the guest room. Great price. Received so quickly.

It is what I wanted. Just a basic clock. Nice bright numbers. However, if you need to change the setting for the time or alarm that is a little difficult as you need to hold the clock up a bit as the hour or minute will not change while it is flat on the surface. The alarm is a beeping sound at just the right volume

I loved the vivid blue digits, they showed up very nicely in the dark, I was very happy with the purchase, in fact I purchased a second one for another room, though I hadn't opened it yet, and in actuality, it is going back to the store today. We have a short power outage a couple days ago, when I went to adjust the clock for EST this morning, it was completely inoperable. I couldn't get the hour or the time to change, I tried unplugging and taking the battery out, all that did was set the clock back to 12:00 and it would not go forward or backward at all. I am not going to take a chance on the second one, thus it is being returned today. Quite a disappointment since for all intents and purposes, the clock would have been exactly what I wanted, simple, low enough to fit under my tv so no interference to the remote. Would not recommend or buy again.

the alarm button is broken, i have to set it kind of in the middle for it to turn the alarm to "off". i only need it for a clock not alarm and since i "fixed" it im too lazy to return. but its kind of crappy.

The item would not keep a clear time display. I unpluged it three times. Each time, the item would not display the correct time. I returned the item.

I bought this alarm clock because I was looking for a cheap little clock as a spare. Once I received it, I immediately regretted it. The blinding blue light from the large number display lights up by whole room and the EXTREMELY loud alarm is really annoying. I wasn't expecting it to be so loud. you definately won't sleep thru this alarm, but it's an annoying noise to wake up to and start your day. starting the day aggrevated is not my idea of fun, don't buy this!
