Not to long ago I tore a muscle while lifting a compontent out of a chassis while working on a truck on a lift. Bench pressing 100 lbs power take off units made me start thinking, perhaps I should be using a back support. So, I got one of the Ergodyne ProFlex� 1051 Mesh Back Support's to see if that would make the task any easier. I do this type of lifting multiple times a day so the 1051 seemed like just what I needed. Right away the lumbar support makes this feel much better than your standard , everyday back brace.The mesh outer shell makes this support cool and easy to wear even in the hottest weather. The adjustments for fit are easy to tighten for lifting or loosen for those times between heavy lifting so you can easily wear this all day. This back brace is amazing! 3 adjustable straps make it easy to adjust according to size. Ergodyne's innovative, breathable material will allow heat to be released through the back brace and you will not over-heat like a lot of other back braces. The lumbar support is by far the best feature. Great lower back support helps maintain posture and the back's natural curvature. Best back brace I've ever bought. Can't beat it for the price.
