Excellent for relieving mouse elbow
I am a writer with a big project due. I have had a terrible case of tennis elbow/mouse elbow. This device relieved it almost immediately. The device remains where you leave it and only moves when you move it. It is not difficult to assemble although it does look a little odd on the table. It has made my pain nearly disappear. Well worth the investment; good materials and good construction of the adjustors. Mouse pad is very good also. Highly recommended - without this, I could not make it.

Hey, It works great.
I have enjoyed this Ergo armrest very much. If used religiously it works well. I have severe wrist pain and shoulder an neck pain, With using this arm rest and a very good mouse. The pain have mostly gone away, in just a week or so. I world recommend it for anybody, with pain or without. As you wrist, forearm, elbow, shoulder and neck will thank you in the long run.

Highly Recommended
I am very hard to fit when it comes to ergonomics and working on a computer. I spend 8-10 hours a day on the computer. This arm rest is a great invention. It moves really well but only when it is suppose to move. Well built and comfortable. I hate wasting money and I don't feel like I did on this purchase. Well worth it.
