I used to wake up with headaches and a sore neck and shoulders. I don't feel the pain anymore and it is great!

This pillow is so comfortable and did away with my neck pain I don't know how I went without it. It is a little pricy though

Good for side sleeping
Very good support for side sleeping. Supports head and neck. Stays cool.

Happy with it overall
I think it's helping? Not a fluffy or high profile pillow, definitely slim. Was worried it wouldn't be cushy enough or the foam would be too firm, but it is very comfortable to lay on. Side sleeping is also fairly comfy, and the design excels for back sleeping and keeping your chin from dipping down and restricting your airway.

Good, could be better
Helped me sleep on my back for a while, but neck pain returned after a few days. Have to turn pillow backwards if you want to sleep on your side at all. Material is nice and cushiony, doesn't go flat.

Pillow did not support neck well. It forced neck up. Very uncomfortable.

The pillow had a strong chemical smell, even after I aired it out for a couple of days. The smell was so strong that it filled the room. I laid on it briefly and it seemed comfortable. But the smell was horrible and wouldn't go away
