We did not find this pillow, a large help when I read what the cushion would do. It said it had a massage feature well there was no massage feature, unless I had to get under the pillow and rub his back while he was on top of the pillow, which was virtually impossible and in order to heat the cushion, he had to put it in the freezer and leave it in there for several hours and then take it out so it would be cold if you wanted the cold side of it if you wanted a hot side of it, you had to figure out a way to heat that product or use the heating pad with that product and I thought for the amount that they were charging for the product, it would be a more self contained item so I'm returning the item to possibly purchase a different one thank you if you're looking for a pillow that just stretches your sciatic area your lumbar area over the top of the cushion. The cushion itself is very supportive and it's very very dense foam so if you're looking for something to do that, this would be your pillow.
