these are tried and true strings everyone can trust. I've been using Ernie Ball for years. only now i can have them delivered instead of going out to purchase. thanks Walmart .

I never received my order. I contacted the company three times, but each time my questions about a replacement or refund were ignored. Despite following up, I still haven't received either. This has been a very disappointing experience with poor customer service, and it feels like they are taking payment without delivering the product or resolving the issue.

These are obvious knockoffs. Real Ernie Ball strings are made in California, these have a sticker on them saying "made in China". The packaging is a weird color, the strings aren't wound all the way to the top, they have some sort of grease on them to keep them from rusting while crossing the Pacific, etc.,etc. Don't waste your money.
